Who we are
Velocity Construction Group delivers an integrated construction offering across the Sydney metropolitan area. We work with homeowners, strata committees, NDIS participants, builders, agents and facility teams across residential, commercial, industrial and health-related sites. Our scope covers renovation, fit out, remedial packages, coordinated fire and electrical upgrades, programmed maintenance and new builds, programmed around your access rules and certification dates.
A dedicated in-house team focuses on passive fire penetrations, collars, dampers and barriers so approval paths stay traceable for certifiers. As a registered NDIS provider we also install ramps, grab rails, bathroom upgrades and other access works that support independence while meeting participant plans.
We back this with regular toolbox talks, site diaries and photo logs so you always know what was opened, repaired or closed off. You receive one site lead, realistic sequencing of wet trades and inspections, and quotes that separate base scope from variations.
