Can you work from our strata management portal?
Yes. We accept jobs through major NSW strata platforms, email or phone. Each ticket receives a unique reference so committees can trace costs back to meeting minutes.
How do you handle after-hours emergencies?
Velocity CG operates 7.00am–4.00pm weekdays. For life-threatening events, follow your building emergency plan and contact emergency services. We attend first thing the next business day unless you engage us for a special after-hours opening with agreed rates.
Do you supply insurance certificates for strata records?
We issue current public liability and workers compensation certificates before mobilisation, matching the entity name on your contracts so NSW strata managers remain compliant.
