Who approves the scope before NDIS funds are spent?
Your occupational therapist or assessor signs the recommendation, the participant or plan nominee agrees, and the NDIS portal records the quote. We never start structural work until that written approval is on file.
Are your grab rails installed to Australian Standards?
Yes. Heights, diameters and structural fixings follow AS 1428.1 where applicable, and we photograph fixings into studs or engineered blocking for future audits.
Can you work in rental properties across Sydney?
